  • Understanding and following outlined naming conventions
  • Maintaining and enforcing a strong pipelined workflow for asset building across the team whilst ensuring its continued evolution.
  • Ensuring consistency of UV mapping based on concept design.
  • Communicating with your superior and production to ensure that the model meets relevant requirements
  • Staying on schedule and meeting set deadlines while maintaining the highest levels of quality.

Qualifications/ Requirement:

  • Must have at least two (2) years of professional experience in Film and Game.
  • Developing content guidelines and workflows to ensure best practices (Procedural Creation)
  • Reducing scene complexity.
  • Analysing content using profiling tools and/or spreadsheets to find ways optimize memory/perf.
  • A solid understanding of trigonometry and vector math.
  • A foundation in at least one “traditional” category such as level design, environment art, animation, or coding.
  • Experience writing in various scripting languages in hugely helpful: Python or C++.
  • Communicating with other departments to ensure that qualities of productions are met.

  • Self-motivated with a consistent ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Creating Interactive Assets with Unreal Engine’s Blueprint system.
  • Assists in developing new standards for modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering of products within the established workflow.
  • Assists with special projects.
  • Ability to work independently on assignments and be proactive.
  • Stay abreast of current technologies and offer ideas to implement them effectively.
